Pressing of Disks is a process from many developing steps exists. The first one call Premastering - one creates a "mother's CD".
It is a CD-R which is produced on a traditional CD-Rom recorder.. On the base of this CD-R one produces a matrix. This stage is called Mastering. Matrix is a cast of the CD from the zinc alloy. This process is very significant, because of it the quality of the whole edition of the CDs depends. The matrix is produced in a lab in very infertile circumstances in a vacuum chamber. The following stage is the pressing. The CD originates in a form as a result of injection of the thawed granulates material. Then the matrix is fired in mechanical way. One must still put on the silver metal edition and the varnish (protective function). The CD can become after the automatic high-class control (fate-like light reflection of a few million points) as a full value product. The last stage is the print, in addition silk screen machines are used up to six colours, at a speed which comes up to 4000 CDs for the hour print. To the Disk print one uses high-quality colours which are hardened with ultraviolet rays. After this stage one gets a ready product - CD.
